Meet Meghan Clarke

Meghan holds a Master's of Arts from the School of International Service at American University, studying International Peace and Conflict Resolution in Washington, DC and received her Bachelor's of Arts from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is a certified Transitions Coach with Linkages and has several certificates in mediation and one in Trauma Healing and Transformation from Capacitar International, always keeping abreast of advances in the field. Most recently, she became an Authorized Partner of Wiley International, enabling her to offer assessment-based solutions to her clients. She specializes in cultural transformation, strategic visioning and leadership development specifically in servant leadership competencies. She brings over 15 years of experience in the field as a trusted strategic partner. She has designed, implemented and partnered on dozens of small and large- scale interventions ranging from two to hundreds of participants. These complex projects have required skills in strategic thinking, leadership coaching, community organizing, conflict engagement and human dynamics. She has worked on community reconciliation projects throughout the country including those addressing environmental harms, community-police relations, educational inequities, and religious-based conflicts. Meghan has worked at the grass roots to lift organizations and communities from the ground up and with top executives to radically change organizational culture. She has spent the last 14 years working in and partnering with organizations including 5 years serving on Boards of Directors, 10 years of healthcare experience, and 12 years working with higher education
