Claim your worth. Growth happens from the inside out. When you step into and claim more of your worth, it not only beneifits you, but it grows your ability to see other's worth as well. Because we matter and are connected to the whole each step we take in reclaiming our worth heals a bit of the collective consciousness.

In this two session workshop you will explore where you know your worth and where you still need to claim it. You will explore practices to support yourself in identifying and claiming more of the truth of who you are.
