You are warmly invited to join a global conversation hosted by the Wisdom as Strategy team of Quanita Roberson, Rhea Rhea D'souza and Jamie Colston - This is a gathering space for leaders, creatives, and community stewards who are listening, practicing and working in service of wiser ways forward.

Wisdom is more than knowledge.

It is the breath between words, the silence that follows a truth spoken.

It is the river shaping stone, the elder oak standing steadfast, the knowing gaze of those who have lived and listened deeply.

In these times when knowledge is abundant yet wisdom feels rare, we invite you to gather with us in conversation.

Together, we will share the stories we each walk with. We will practice being in emergence and inquiry together, and begin to live within the integration we find through relationship and collective eldership:

– This is the inner work of sensing the body’s quiet knowing what is right, real, and true

– We find unexpected resources in the communal field of emergence and resonance

– We practice Wisdom as Strategy through the relationship between self, spirit, and system

This is not a webinar or a masterclass. It’s a living field of inquiry.A space for remembering and including more of what we know, and unlearning what no longer serves.A place to feel met—and to meet others.

We will also share some of the language and principles we are working with in Wisdom as Strategy, and listen together for what wants to emerge.

🔥 Your Hosts

Over the past 13 moons, we—Quanita, Rhea, and Jamie—have been in deep inquiry together, weaving insights from our different lands (US, India, and UK) and traditions. This gathering is an extension of that conversation, a space to share what we are discovering about wisdom, ancestors, and the unseen forces shaping our lives.

🔹 Quanita Roberson (USA) is a storyteller, healer, and wisdom keeper devoted to reconciliation, belonging, and ancestral remembrance. With a background in organizational development and indigenous-informed ritual, she helps people and communities navigate trauma, transition, and transformation.

🔹 Rhea D'souza (India) is an artist, a leadership advisor and transformation consultant , who works at the intersection of business, biomimicry, community and systems.

🔹 Jamie Colston (UK) is a facilitator, poet, and practitioner in systemic constellations and participatory leadership. He creates spaces that embrace the visible, barely seen, and invisible realities of life—welcoming grief, joy, and creative action in service of future generations.

 🌑Event Design & Structure

This is a three-part series, with calls taking place in the beginning of the new moon cycle. 

We invite you to commit to the full journey rather than attending individual sessions. This helps us build a deeper sense of trust, coherence, and shared field.

If you cannot attend all sessions live, recordings will be shared with those who register.
