Day 76 - Know, Question, Trust

Know what you know

Question what you know

Trust what you feel

It's important to know and claim the wisdom that you have acquired. Be willing to put a stake in the ground.

Once you have a stake in the ground always be willing to move that stake when you learn something better. Always be willing to consider other points of views, this is where growth happens.

Often we are told that we can't trust our feelings but it's just not true. We can always trust what we feel, we can't always trust the stories we make up about the feelings. When you learn to trust what you feel you can acknowledge your feeling and let them flow through you without judgement.

Yes. I've learned I can trust my feelings but not the stories I've made up in my head about those feelings. Rather, if I wait and listen to the wisdom that arises when I check in with my body, that seems to be more trustworthy. Still learning.
