Day 13: Where do I deny myself abundance and ease and what do I need to let go of to have it?

Writer: QuanitaQuanita

Yesterday was a travel day so I didn't get to post. Today will be a two post day, bonus! 🥰

Since Monday I have been out of town, 1st in St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin and now I'm in Boulder, Colorado.

I have been surrounded by beauty in all ways and what has risen in me is a question:

Where are the places I deny myself abundance and ease and what do I need to let go of to have more of it in my life?

Yesterday's abundance and ease included a hike with my friend Barbara through the woods to a river which I sang to and she swam in. It was such a beautiful warm day. We then went to a wonderful coffee shop in her town for breakfast and had blueberry scones and the most wonderful fluffy quiche. I picked cedar for ritual on her property and then she drove me to the airport

My flight was comfortable. I was picked up by a kind Lyft driver who drove me to Boulder where I am staying for a couple of days. I saw a rainbow and two eagles. When I arrived my friend Allison gave me a warm welcome and made us a delicious dinner. We then sat on her balcony and watched the full moon in all her glory. Perfect.

Surrounded by all of this I am struck by my question. When do we know when it's time to leave a friend? Break and agreement? Leave a job or an organization? Maybe the moment the question comes in some ways its already done. Would we be so resistant in our letting go if we really did know what was waiting for us on the other side?

I don't know the answers to all of these question but I do know that this time has stirred me. I am more committed to walking away from places, people and things that can't see and/or hear me because they can't see and/or hear themselves to make room for the abundance and ease that life is trying so desperately to offer all of us.
