I heard recently that all the stories we live are made up. This got me thinking then why don’t we make up stories that feed us and make us grow?
Often in my life when I share my beliefs with people, things like I believe that everything is in divine order or, the world is out to gift me and not to get us they will respond with something like, but that’s not the real world. In the real world… As if I live on Mars or something?
My response is usually, "So what if I’m wrong?" If I’m wrong I still get to live a life where I believe these things. A life where I am looking for blessing instead of waiting for the other shoe to drop.
